Welcome Back! Important Back to School Info!
PIZZA WITH THE PRINCIPAL!

Hello Spencer County Family!

My name is Jane Anderson and I am the new principal of Spencer County Elementary.  It is truly an honor and blessing to be here and to be able to work with all of you.  Our mission and drive is to see all students succeed to high levels.  I have an amazing staff and I’m looking forward to meeting all of the student’s in August.  I would like to cordially invite you to “Pizza with the Principal” on Monday, July 30 from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.  This event will occur on the school playground.  (The cafeteria will be used in case of inclement weather.)  Your children will enjoy playing on the playground, getting to know new friends, and you can all enjoy a complimentary family meal!  I will be available to meet and greet with all members of the community at this event.

Also, please do not forget that the District is providing a Back to School Healthfair and Readifest event for all school age children on Saturday, July 28th.  This is an amazing opportunity to get all of those back to school requirements completed as well as engaging activities for the students.  I am very much looking forward to meeting with and partnering with the Spencer County community.

Best regards,

Jane Anderson
