Spencer County Elementary values parental input regarding student classroom placement.  Students are placed in classrooms based on the criteria stated in the SBDM Student Placement Policy.  However, we recognize that every child is unique and possess particular characteristics that may need to be considered in the placement process.  The purpose of this form is to provide your input regarding significant needs relative to your child’s ability to succeed in the school environment.  Please know that teacher request will NOT be considered.
