WELCOME TO SPENCER COUNTY SCHOOLS.

       We look forward to meeting you at the Kindergarten Kickoff on Thursday evening 4/21/22.  Please click the link below to begin the online registration process prior to Thursday evening.  This is the first step in enrolling your Kindergartener.  Your child will be fully enrolled once all required documents are received at their school (documents include:  Proof of Residency, Birth Certificate, Preventative Health Care Exam, Dental Exam, Vision Exam, and Immunization Certificate).  Please click on the orange and green tab to the left to proceed or you may follow the links below.

2022-2023 Approved Calendar 

As you may be aware, there are shortages happening across the country.  Unfortunately, school nutrition departments everywhere are struggling with receiving food orders and Spencer County is no exception. We have for months now struggled with receiving paper products, individual wrapped food items, etc. We have pivoted over time to minimize the impact of such shortages by purchasing from several other vendors and placing orders from our local grocery store, Country Mart.   Some supplies seem, to be improving gradually.

Please complete the following form if your student has tested positive AT A TESTING FACILITY. Home test positives will need to be reported directly to the school nurse. ONLY FILL OUT ONE FORM PER CHILD and be sure to choose the correct school.  When you have completed the form, you should receive a confirmation that the form was submitted, if you did not, the form did not go through. Your student will need to email their teachers to make them aware of their absence so any school work can be provided virtually. If you need a laptop to complete virtual work (hot-spots will not be available), please contact the school and let them know. If you do not have an email address, you may provide your students school email address.
