Every week at TES, grade-level teams meet in Professional Learning Communites in an effort to acheive better results for the students we serve. PLCs operate under the assumption that the key to improved learning for students is continuous job-embedded learning for educators. In this PLC meeting, we embrace high levels of learning for all students and we work interdependently to achieve common goals for which each member is mutually accountable.(DuFour, et. all, 2010).
