WELCOME TO SPENCER COUNTY SCHOOL’S ONLINE REGISTRATION/ANNUAL UPDATE:

 

 

GENERAL INFORMATION:

 

  •  Laptop or Desktop computers are preferred.  Cell phone or tablets may not allow you to complete the process.
  •  Only the parent/guardian of the primary household may complete online registration/annual update.
  • Parent/guardians must use parent portal for the annual update process.  After logging in, follow these steps:
  1. Click on the 3 lines in the upper left corner.. 
  2. Select "More"
  3. Select "Online Registration
  4. Select "Existing Student Registration"
  5. Select "Begin Registration" (your child's information will appear)
  6. Select the button at the bottom of the screen "Click here to begin"              
  • New families will receive an email containing their activation key to create a parent portal once their application has been process.
  • If you need your parent portal account reset, please email Patti.Lancaster@spencer.kyschools.us.
  • Preferred internet browsers are Safari, Chrome, or Firefox.
  • Popup blockers must be turned off.
  • ALL STUDENTS must complete the annual update each year.
  • If your address changes at any time of the year, you will need to provide your child’s school with a proof of residency.  Property Deed, Lease Agreement, or Utility Bill will be accepted as long as it includes a physical address.  A Driver’s License will NOT be accepted as proof of residency.
  • If you do not have internet access, please contact your child’s school to schedule a time for them to assist you.

NEW TO SPENCER COUNTY  click here - A valid email address is required to begin online registration.  You will need your child's birth certificate, current KY immunization certificate, proof of residency, and legal custody papers (if applicable).  Please write down your application # in order to access for future reference.  This will assist with any questions that may arise.

 

ANNUAL UPDATE FOR RETURNING STUDENTS click here -  This link will open in the Spring for existing families to update information for the new upcoming school year.  You may also add your incoming kindergarten student on the student tab while updating your other children.  Please write down your application #.
