Purple pod was so excited to celebrate our graduating seniors that have spent the year helping us! We know that Addison, Haley, Lilly, and Luke are going to do great things! Love our SCES alumni coming back to serve our students. โค๏ธ

Mrs. Brauneโs class turned their room into Starbooks Cafรฉ today!
โ๏ธ๐โจ
Students designed their own coffee cups ๐จ, searched for typos on a coffee menu ๐๐, wrote about who theyโd love to share a cup with โ๏ธโค๏ธ, and placed an order for their favorite โcoffeeโ drink โ๏ธโexpertly crafted by Barista Braune herself in her apron and all! ๐ฉโ๐ซ๐ง
It was a cozy day full of creativity, collaboration, and caffeine-free fun!

Our Office of Educational Technology has been made aware of a hazardous trend circulating on social media platforms, particularly TikTok. Students are being encouraged to insert conductive materialsโsuch as pencils, aluminum foil, or paper clipsโinto USB and other ports on school-issued Chromebooks. The intent is to create sparks and smoke, often leading to fires.
This behavior poses significant health and safety risks. Tampering with electronic devices can cause short circuits, potentially igniting fires. Such actions can render Chromebooks inoperable.
We urge all parents and guardians to have immediate conversations with their children about the dangers of participating in this or any similar challenges.
