All TES buses have safely arrived at TES. The bus accident was route 17, which an SCES bus. We are sorry for any confusion and concern this may have caused.
There has been an accident involving Route 17 on Mount Washington Road. All students are accounted for, and there are no reported injuries.
We appreciate everyoneโs patience and understanding. We will provide more information as it becomes available.
2 more days to place your house shirt orders!! If your student has outgrown theirs or even misplaced it, this is your chance to order a new one. ORDERS ARE DUE FRIDAY 8/21! Kindergarten and new students will NOT need to order, as you will be provided one when students are sorted. Ms Voegeleโs third grade class participated in a STEM team building activity this morning where students were asked to build a roller coaster made out of straws and masking tape. It was a great chance for students to practice communication skills, problem-solving skills, as well as create a positive work environment between new friends.
Great job to the classroom winner. The winnerโs ping pong ball made it all the way to the end of the coaster! Way to go, third graders!

Transportation information can be viewed by logging into your Infinite Campus Parent Portal account or through your BusRight account. You should have also received a BusRight bus pass email yesterday around 4:00 PM.
If any changes need to be made, please contact the Transportation Office immediately. Reviewing this information is a crucial step in helping us ensure a safe and smooth first day of school.
Please remember: Without an approved transportation note, your child will be sent home using their default transportation on file.

On Monday, parents and guardians should have received an email from BusRight, our new transportation communication system. BusRight will provide your student's exact bus stop location and estimated pickup/drop-off times, along with real-time notifications throughout the school year.
Important Reminder: July 15 was the deadline to complete Online Registration for transportation services. Transportation routes have now been finalized based on the information received by that deadline. If your family needs to make a transportation change from this point forward, please contact the Spencer County Schools Transportation Department as soon as possible so we can review and process your request.

๐The next girls basketball open gym will be on Tuesday, August 4th from 3:00-4:30pm at the middle school. We hope everyone is enjoying their summer. We will see you soon!
Summer drop off/pick up at SCMS due to construction:
Please drop off and pick up your student in the front of the middle school parking lot. Construction crews are working long hours by the gym doors so please avoid that area. Students will still walk to the gym doors on the side of the building. Use the entrance to SCES to loop around to the front of the middle school. Thank you for your patience!
